No. The platform runs under your domain and your name, in the emails too. If you give candidates their own login, they also see only your name.
The platform does not compare applicants with each other. For one candidate, it estimates how well jobs fit and gives its reasons. Your team decides which jobs the candidate gets.
The platform pulls them every day, directly from the career sites of selected employers in the EU, many of them in Germany.
Yes. Many jobs on the AIN Recruitment platform are in Germany, mostly in engineering, IT, sales, consulting and business roles. Your team searches by city with a radius, so it also finds jobs in the candidate's region. There are few jobs in care, trades and helper roles so far.
Yes. Jobs where the employer helps with the visa or the move are tagged, and you can filter for them.
The database is in Frankfurt. To analyse CVs, the platform uses AI services from the US. We tell you which ones on the call.
No, your team can also download CVs as Word or PDF. You only need a Google account for Google Drive and Google Sheets, for example to send jobs to a sheet.
€100 base fee plus €50 per user per month, net and cancellable monthly. Sign by 31 March 2027 and you keep this price for as long as your contract runs; new contracts from April 2027 cost €75 per user.
It is not for companies hiring for their own jobs. It is made for anyone who places candidates with other employers. For a company's own recruiting, we build custom software.
Yes, for recruitment agencies and for companies that want to improve their own recruiting. We charge a fixed price when the scope is clear, otherwise time and materials.
