Who it is for

For anyone who places candidates with employers.

01 · Placement

Recruitment and staffing agencies

Your recruiters find matching jobs for every candidate, in their region or abroad, and see the reasons for and against each match.

02 · Relocation

Relocation agencies

Your team searches specifically for jobs where the employer helps with the visa or the move.

03 · Advice

Career advisers

You show your clients matching jobs and give them a CV in the target country's format.

04 · Training

Training providers

Your job coaches find matching jobs for every participant and build the CV at the same time.

Not a fit

Companies looking for applicants for their own jobs

The platform finds jobs for candidates. For your own vacancies you need an applicant tracking system.

Features

What your team does with the platform.

Jobs and search

Every ad is in English and laid out the same way.

New jobs arrive every day, directly from the career sites of selected employers in the EU, many of them in Germany. Ads from recruitment agencies are left out. The platform translates every ad into English and sorts it into the same eight sections. Your team opens the original with one click.

  • The required languages are at the top of every ad.
  • Duplicate ads, such as the same job in two cities, show up once.
  • The search understands AND, OR, NOT and exact phrases.
  • With a job family such as Engineering & IT, your team adds every matching title to the search at once.
  • Your team filters by country, city with radius, required language, seniority, work setting and team leadership.
  • Your team saves searches and shares links that open exactly the same view.

Adding a candidate

The platform sets up the search from the CV.

Your team uploads the CV as a PDF or pastes the link to a Google Sheet, and the form fills itself in. Anything the platform only estimates is marked, so your team can check it.

Your team also notes what the candidate needs: visa status, salary range, notice period, start date, work setting and the most travel they will accept.

When your team then opens the job board, titles, seniority and countries are already set from the CV. The best matches are at the top.

The platform suggests related titles. For further filters it shows how many jobs each one adds. When it hides jobs, it says why, for example because of the language or because the ad describes a narrower job than the chosen title.

Matches and pipeline

From the match to the hire.

Matches based on the CV

The platform gives every job a score based on the CV, with one reason for it and one against. The list usually shows no more than three jobs per employer.

Your team sees which jobs are worth a look, and marks every match as a good fit or a bad fit.

Hidden jobs, with the reason

The platform tells you which jobs it hides and why, for example because the ad requires German C1. One click shows them anyway.

If an ad asks for a language the candidate does not speak well enough, the job stays out of the match list.

Visa and relocation

Jobs where the employer helps with the visa or the move are tagged, and your team can filter for them. The tag also shows whether it comes from the ad itself or applies to the employer in general.

For candidates from outside the EU, your team searches specifically among employers who help with the visa.

Pipeline per candidate

Your team adds matching jobs to the candidate's pipeline with one click. There your team sees every saved job, from sending it to the candidate to the hire.

You can also connect a Google Sheet and send the jobs there.

A saved job leaves that candidate's job board, so your team never offers it to them twice.

An overview for every recruiter

Every recruiter sees their candidates on one page, the most urgent first.

Anyone who needs a CV or has had no edits in 14 days stands out straight away.

Under your name

The platform runs under your name and your domain. Sign-in and invitation emails also come from your domain, with your name and your colours.

Your admin adds colleagues with their role and can block a login straight away.

If you give candidates a login, they also see only your name and your domain.

CV profiles

The CV in the target country's format.

The platform turns the CV into a candidate profile in the target country's format. For Germany there is also the classic German tabular CV.

Your team uploads the CV as a PDF or Word file, and other common formats work too. Then your team picks the target country and a design and edits every section with a live preview.

  • The rules cover many EU countries. For example, the platform only adds a photo where the target country expects one.
  • The Simple design is plain enough for applicant tracking systems to read well.
  • The CV comes in English or German.
  • The hints for each section follow the target country. The platform never makes up details in them.
  • The platform never prints ID card or passport numbers on a CV.
  • Your team downloads it as Word or PDF, or saves it as a Google Doc in the candidate's folder in Google Drive.

Limits

What the platform does not do.

  • The interface is in English. CVs come out in English or German.
  • No applicant tracking. There is no applications inbox and no interview scheduling.
  • No employer contact details. Your team finds the right contact person itself.
  • No decision without your team. The platform suggests jobs; your team decides which ones a candidate gets.
  • Jobs in the EU only. It does not show jobs from Switzerland or the UK.
  • Not a job board for employers. Employers cannot post jobs.
  • No logo of your own in the white label. The platform carries your name and your colours.
  • PDF only for matching. For CV profiles the platform also takes Word and other formats.
  • Limited match runs. Each candidate can be matched only a few times a day.
  • No phone app. The platform runs in the browser and is built for laptops.

International placement

You usually place skilled workers from outside the EU directly.

For many German residence permits, a skilled worker from outside the EU needs the approval of the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit). If the worker is to be employed through temporary agency work, the Federal Employment Agency refuses it.

This is set out in § 40(1) no. 2 of the Residence Act (AufenthG), also available as an English translation. You therefore place candidates who need this approval directly with the employer.

For this, the platform finds jobs directly with the employers. Your team can narrow the search to employers who help with the visa.

Data and law

Where the data is stored and who decides.

Storage

The database is in Frankfurt. Your team saves finished CVs to Google Drive or downloads them as Word or PDF.

Separation

Each customer's data is kept apart from every other customer's at database level.

CVs

To analyse CVs, the platform uses AI services from the US. We tell you which ones on the call.

Retention

How long candidate data is kept is agreed with you in the contract.

Decision

Your team chooses which jobs a candidate gets. The platform only makes suggestions.

Google is optional. Your team saves CVs to Google Drive or downloads them as Word or PDF. You only connect a Google Sheet for the pipeline if you want to.

If your team works with Microsoft 365, tell us before the first call.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the platform.

What does the platform cost for a small recruitment agency?

With three recruiters the AIN Recruitment platform costs €250 net per month: a €100 base fee plus €50 per user. For one recruiter it is €150. Sign by 31 March 2027 and you keep this price for as long as your contract runs; new contracts from April 2027 cost €75 per user.

Are these net prices?

Yes. Businesses in other EU countries get the invoice without VAT under the reverse-charge procedure, and customers in Estonia pay Estonian VAT.

Do your candidates see AIN Recruitment?

No. If you give candidates a login, they see only your name and your domain.

Can we create CV profiles under our own name?

Yes. With the AIN Recruitment platform your team creates CV profiles in the target country's format, in English or German. The platform runs under your name and domain, and AIN Recruitment does not appear.

Does the platform rate applicants?

The platform does not compare applicants with each other. For one candidate, it estimates how well jobs fit and gives its reasons. Your team decides which jobs the candidate gets.

Is the platform available in German?

No, the interface is currently in English. Your team can also create CVs in German, and the classic German CV is a design of its own.

Do we need Google Workspace?

No, your team can also download CVs as Word or PDF. You only need a Google account for Google Drive and Google Sheets, for example to send jobs to a sheet.

Where do the jobs come from?

The platform pulls them every day, directly from the career sites of selected employers in the EU, many of them in Germany.

Can we test the platform?

Yes. After the demo you get test access, and then we sign the contract.
